- Senior Structural Engineer required for key resources project
- You will be supporting structural design of foundation and steelwork support processing equipment, vessels, pipe supports as well as underground concrete works, culverts and general non-processing infrastructure.
- Utiisling Staad Pro and SpaceGass
- Participate in relevant meetings, prepare engineering reports and follow required checking procedures
- Communicate effectively with the structural engineering team, project stakeholders and the client
- Perth CBD based
- Initial 12 month contract with good chance of extension
- Well regarded consultant and competitive hourly rate offered
Key Criteria
- Formal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia
- 8 years + experience as a Structural Engineer with previous onshore Oil & Gas experience required
- Strong SpaceGass or Staad Pro experience.
- Good working knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
- Ability to produce reports and interface with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of safety in design
- Excellent team skills
