Senior Contract Specialist
Location: Brisbane, QLD with site visits.

Key Essential Qualification: 8-10+ years' contract management experience
Role Opportunity:
Take ownership of contract administration and formation activities and critical packages. Lead bid preparation, negotiations, and contract execution. Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to deliver key outcomes.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or 10-15 years of relevant work experience
Expertise in contract formation, negotiation, and administration
Experience with demolition, shutdowns, or brownfield contracts
Strong negotiation and commercial awareness skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, negotiate, and execute contracts and purchase orders
Administer agreements, monitor progress, and manage changes
Coordinate bidder questions, bid evaluation, and recommendations
Lead high-value contract negotiations and settlements
Conduct and document pre- and post-award meetings
