As a Titan Contractor, you'll complete your onboarding through our simple electronic portal, meaning no headaches from paper forms, photocopies and scans. You'll have constant access to the wealth of knowledge that your primary consultant and the wider Titan teams hold, where you can tap into our understanding of the Engineering and Technology industries, including market trends, upcoming projects, salary bands and more. We're able to offer consistent work with an ongoing pipeline of opportunities to best suit your next move. When it's that time, we'll be reaching out to you to proactively organise your next contract and assist with complete contract and rate negotiations on your behalf. Rest assured that you are well looked after, and we can cheers to that at our next contractor sundowner!

I have been with Titan Recruitment for over 5 years. From my very first contact with Titan, I was treated with friendly helpful service and made to feel comfortable when on-boarded. As a Titan contractor, you'll be earning competitive market rates in line with market standards. You'll be paid consistently on a weekly basis that is on time and accurately without fail. You can set yourself up as an ABN or PAYG - the choice is yours. You'll also receive your statutory superannuation payments paid monthly to the fund of your choice. Lastly, we're flexible - we're able to assist with any other statutory payments or voluntary pre/post-tax deductions.
Health, wellbeing and candidate care is our main priority. We're pleased to offer a readily accessible Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all our contractors for whenever you need it. We also have dedicated representatives to address any work health and safety concerns you may have if they arise. A good workplace is a safe workplace and we're here to support you.
