​My journey with Titan began as a short internship, which quickly led to a full-time position as an assistant accountant. The experience I’ve gained has exceeded my expectations - not only sharpening my accounting and finance skills but also deepening my understanding of different sectors. Titan has played a pivotal role in shaping both my personal and professional goals. It has pushed me to aim higher and laid the foundations for my long-term career goals. More than just a workplace, Titan feels like a family - a true ‘home away from home’.

The amount of trust and support I received from the Titan team was simply astonishing when I had to leave Australia just as my probation with Titan was coming to an end in order to arrange my visa. They gave me the opportunity to conduct my first-ever remote work from Nepal and supported me for straight seven months to do so. I have never worked somewhere that went above and beyond to support their staff members and continually made investments in their professional development. Titan embraces work-life balance, which has resulted in hybrid workplaces, paid birthday leave and many other perks. I enjoy my work atmosphere and the learning possibilities I have - to name a few reasons why I want to go to work every day.
