Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant HR Qualification
• Experience in oil and gas or mining industry
• Proven ability to drive HR outcomes
• Industrial Relation experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to leaders on policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance requirements.
• Manage the training matrix, coordinate training schedules, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate training records.
• Support HR initiatives, deliver business processes, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Assist with workforce planning, succession, engagement strategies, and onboarding processes.
• Handle HR/pay-related queries, deliver compliance reports, support audits, and contribute to global HR meetings and reviews.
