Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant HR Qualification
- Experience in oil and gas or mining industry
- Proven ability to drive HR outcomes
- Industrial Relation experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance to leaders on policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance requirements.
- Manage the training matrix, coordinate training schedules, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate training records.
- Support HR initiatives, deliver business processes, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Assist with workforce planning, succession, engagement strategies, and onboarding processes.
- Handle HR/pay-related queries, deliver compliance reports, support audits, and contribute to global HR meetings and reviews.
