This role offers the opportunity to lead an experienced team performing high-quality E&I designs for major mining and industrial clients.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design.
- Proven ability to lead and organise a high-performing design team.
- Advanced proficiency in MicroStation (3D and 2D).
- Experience working within Rio Tinto, BHP, and FMG frameworks is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of electrical designers to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Develop and review detailed electrical and instrumentation designs using MicroStation (3D and 2D).
- Ensure compliance with client-specific standards, including Rio Tinto, BHP, and FMG systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
- Conduct occasional site visits as required.
