- Mon-Friday 40 hours
- $86 per hour inclusive super
Role Opportunity
you will be responsible for managing Document Control function on large/complex projects and portfolios and act as the primary interface between project personnel and client for any document control issues

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Identifying solutions and navigating complex issues
- High technical competency
- Aconex experience
- Diploma or territory degree in Information Management, Information systems
- Advanced knowledge of EDMS, document control processes and procedures
- Experience on large complex projects
- Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues
Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong commitment to personal well-being and HSE performance improvement
- Initiate and set up new projects in line with procedures and client requirements.
- Work autonomously with a proactive, goal-driven approach and keen attention to detail.
- Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
- Act as primary point of contact for project team, client, and third parties.
- Develop, implement,and maintain project documentation plans, procedures, and matrices.
- Assign and prioritise Document Control workloads to meet project deadlines.
- Maintained a resource plan aligned with project schedules to ensure team efficiency.
- Handle team performance, leave planning, staffing levels, and issue resolution.
- Attend project, client, and supplier meetings as required.
- Advise on efficiency improvements and smarter work practices.
- Promote strong work practices and facilitate team training sessions
