Principal Geology Database and GIS Engineer

• Responsible for managing drilling and sampling database along with geospatial data

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelors in Geology OR data science
• Prior experience of using acQuire is a must for this role
• 10+ years of experience in SQL database management
• Well-versed with the use of GIS applications like ArcGIS or QGIS
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the retrieval and integration of Geological data, including an acQuire geological database
• Manage & report on QAQC on for both onsite and commercial laboratories
• Develop and implement data management plans to maintain high data quality
• Recommend and implement an integrated GIS and database system across the sites and head office
