Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Expertise in PSCAD and PowerFactory (PSS®E experience beneficial)
- Strong understanding of generator connections, performance standards, and testing procedures
- Experience in power transmission and distribution systems
- Knowledge of conventional and renewable energy generation
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead power system studies and grid connection assessments
- Conduct R1/R2 testing and commissioning
- Advise on technical, commercial, and financial considerations
- Work with utilities, developers, and regulators
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers
