Role Opportunity
The QA/QC Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date registers, coordinating inspections, and assisting with document control. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively with subcontractors and internal teams.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Tertiary Qualifications in business administration, OHS, or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience with MDR management and document control is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and email communication
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update various quality-related registers, including ITP, MDR, NCR, auditing, and inspections.
- Assist with basic auditing, including Non-Conformance Reports and Corrective Action Requests.
- Coordinate and book inspections, working closely with subcontractors
- Support document control processes.
- Cross-reference report numbers and registers to ensure accurate MDR management.
- Take minutes during quality meetings and distribute them as required.
