The quality manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, coordinating with certification bodies, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Business Management, HSEQ
• Approved AS/NZS ISO 9001 auditor qualification and eligible to be registered with IRCA
• Experience with developing/maintaining Quality Management Systems
• Experience and detailed knowledge AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015

Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and report quality performance indicators to management through audit findings.
• Conduct internal and second-party supplier audits.
• Coordinate with third-party accredited certification bodies to facilitate audits and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the development and execution of training programs focused on quality assurance and business improvement
• Manage and monitor the issues database to ensure corrective actions are consistently applied, preventing the recurrence of nonconformities.
