The Site Health and Safety Advisor will possess the skills to cultivate and sustain positive relationships with project personnel at all levels, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and mediation abilities

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Previous FIFO site experience.
• Recognised training in OHS/WHS,
• Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build positive relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducting regular risk assessments
• Providing safety inductions
• Working closely with project teams, contractors, and management
• Compliance with Regulatory Standards
• Implementing emergency response plans
