Site Supervisor - Process Plant (SMP)
Role Opportunity
We are seeking a Site Supervisor - Process Plant to oversee construction and commissioning activities. You will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule, managing site trade contractors and acting as a key interface with client representatives.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Trade qualification in a Structural, Mechanical, or Piping (SMP) discipline
• Industry White Card
• Extensive experience in SMP supervision in mineral sands or mining projects
• Strong leadership in safety, pre-starts, and toolbox meetings
• Knowledge of structural, mechanical, and piping systems
• Experience managing construction contracts and site activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Completions Management Software (Hexagon Smart Completions preferred)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise site activities ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements
• Conduct daily Critical Control Verifications and work area inspections
• Ensure contractors follow HSE requirements and site rules
• Coordinate training requirements and manage site equipment compliance
• Participate in incident investigations and enforce disciplinary procedures where necessary
• Monitor worksite housekeeping and ensure adherence to construction risk assessments

- Rate: $115 per hour including Super
