Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join a growing team specialising in advanced weighing and analytics systems for the mining and rail sectors. This role covers both front-end and back-end development, system optimisation, and data analytics as the company scales into new international markets.

Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong skills in C# and .NET web applications
• Advanced SQL capabilities, including query performance tuning
• Solid front-end development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Strong communication and technical documentation abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Australian Permanent Residency essential

Highly Regarded Skills
• Background in C/C++ development
• Experience with GitHub or similar version control tools
• Knowledge of VB.Net or VBA
• Exposure to IT support/helpdesk environments

Responsibilities
• Enhance and support external client portals and internal business platforms
• Improve database performance and optimise data flow processes
• Build tools and reporting functions to analyse system outputs
• Streamline internal business operations through smart software solutions
• Engage directly with clients in meetings and technical discussions
• Provide after-hours technical support on a rotating basis
