Essential Qualifications & Skills โ
๐น 3+ years of structural engineering experience
๐น Strong proficiency in ETABS (essential) ๐ฅ๏ธ
๐น Experience in UK, or South African markets is a plus๐
๐น Multi-storey residential & commercial project experience ๐๏ธ
๐น Reinforced concrete design expertise ๐ข
๐น Experience with RAM Concept & RAPT (preferred) ๐
๐น Post-tension design experience (preferred) โก
Duties & Responsibilities ๐ฏ
๐ Structural analysis & design of high-rise buildings
๐ Review drawings & coordinate with design teams
๐ Conduct site inspections & attend project meetings ๐๏ธ
๐ Manage client expectations & technical documentation โ๏ธ
๐ Contribute to in-house design standards & best practices
