Join the dynamic Renewable & Clean Power team as a trusted Administrative Assistant supporting the Operations Manager in Sydney. In this role, you'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, organize meetings, and ensure efficient office operations. Essential Qualifications & Skills:
• 5+ years of administrative/secretarial experience (within the last 7 years)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Proven ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced skills in travel coordination (domestic and international)
• Experience with expense reporting tools (e.g., Concur)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the Operations Manager's calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate international and domestic travel with detailed itineraries
• Organize internal and external meetings, including catering and facilities
• Prepare and review outgoing documents for accuracy and format
• Track and order office supplies as needed
• Maintain leadership team planning calendars and files
• Provide professional reception and manage guest visits
• Collaborate with team members to execute high-priority tasks
