Asset Maintenance Trainer
Role Opportunity
This role focuses on frontline coaching and one-on-one training of maintainers, coordinators, and supervisors to uplift skills in SAP, Asset Management fundamentals, and Work Management practices. You will contribute to leadership development, strategic asset planning, and continuous improvement initiatives targeting both HME and Fixed Plant operations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Demonstrated experience in asset maintenance (HME/Fixed Plant)
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Asset Management principles
• Training & coaching experience in a similar role
• Leadership development & work management expertise
• Problem-solving skills for defect elimination

Duties & Responsibilities
• Coach maintainers, operators, and supervisors one-on-one
• Provide leadership training and tactical work improvements
• Review and optimize asset criticality and maintenance tactics
• Lead initiatives to improve defect elimination maturity
• Support development of strategic asset management plans
