Role Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Document Controller with preferably some prior experience for a large mining client in WA. This role will be reporting into the Drafting Lead although you will be working very closely with the Document Controller on site.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
To be considered for the Assistant Document Controller role, you will possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in project document control preferably Documentum/Open Text
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Some of the duties you will be responsible for as an Assistant Document Controller are:
- Support with maintaining drawing registers
- Supporting the Project Managers during audits as and when required
- Issuing documents and drawings to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain currency of documents, file documents and maintain numbering.
