About the Role:

Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team in Subiaco. In this role, you will be integral to delivering high-quality engineering solutions across Australia, with a focus on commercial, retail, health, and education sectors. You'll tackle both large-scale Tier 1 projects and intricate high-rise engineering challenges, contributing to the civil design of diverse and impactful building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As an experienced Civil Engineer you will manage your own workload whilst being part of a dynamic team who thrive from collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Principals and Project Directors to drive major projects to successful completion. Engage in the design and analysis of reinforced concrete structures and multi-storey residential and commercial projects.
• Participate in project meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage and meet client expectations, providing exceptional service and solutions.
• Contribute to the development of in-house design standards and best practices.

Key Criteria:
As an experienced Civil Engineer you will have the following qualification, experience and knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to work at the mid to senior level as a Civil Engineer.
• Proven experience in a civil engineering role focused on buildings within Australia.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and growth mind set.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
