Role Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Civil Projects Manager to oversee brown field sustaining capital projects in the resources sector. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage projects directly and supervise the civil scope of work for projects led by others.

• Hourly rate approximately $140 per hour dependent on experience.
• Start January 2025 on a 12-month contract with weekly pay cycle
• Home every weekend with a 5:2, 4:3 roster

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Strong contractor management skills, particularly in the civil construction domain.
• Proficiency in contract management and field supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive relationships with contractors and teams.
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Previous experience managing brown field sustaining capital projects preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from initiation to completion.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors with a focus on contractor management.
• Handle contract management and ensure compliance with all agreements.
• Utilise SAP software for project tracking and management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
