About the Role
We are seeking a Civil/Earthworks Supervisor with extensive experience in heavy civil construction to join an EPCM client on a high-profile mining project. This role will require a strong civil background, preferably within an EPCM or contractor environment, as you will be responsible for managing civil earthworks contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
In this position you will oversee civil and earthworks activities for the project, which involves the development of three pits, including infrastructure, earthworks, piping, and non-process infrastructure facilities.

- Significant expertise in heavy civil construction projects
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with EPCM or contractor teams on large-scale mining or infrastructure developments
- Established history of effectively managing civil earthworks contractors
- Strong capability in overseeing the execution of complex civil works, including road construction, surface water management, and infrastructure development
