Civil/Earthworks Supervisor
Location: Jabiru, NT (FIFO from Darwin)
Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off
Key Benefit: Camp accommodation & transport provided
Essential Qualification: Trade certification or extensive civil/earthworks experience
Role Opportunity
Join our rehabilitation project, a world-class mine closure initiative restoring a uranium mine to its natural state within . As a Civil/Earthworks Supervisor, you will oversee contractors, manage geotextile installation, bulk excavation, and other key civil works.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Trade certification or extensive civil/earthworks experience
• Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks & excavation
• Experience supervising large-scale construction projects
• Exposure to geotextile installation & dewatering processes
• Strong safety leadership & stakeholder engagement skills
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and direct civil contractors & subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Oversee geotextile installation, bulk excavation & fill operations
• Monitor and optimize project schedule & labour resources
• Engage with Traditional Owners and key project stakeholders
