About the Role
Are you passionate about enhancing railway safety and performance? We're seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in condition monitoring and track engineering to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for analysing track quality data, overseeing track renewals, and conducting thorough track inspections to ensure the highest standards of rail infrastructure.
Key Criteria
As the successful candidate for the role of Condition monitoring engineer, you will meet the following criteria:
• Your expertise in Reliability Engineering will be crucial in developing, documenting, implementing, and refining procedures that enhance our operational efficiency.
• While your focus won't be directly in the field, your experience in organisations with an operational, construction, or maintenance focus will provide valuable insights to support the team's success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical strengths to optimise operations and improve processes.
• Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• On-site experience will enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that your insights and recommendations are grounded in a thorough understanding of the operational environment.
• Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree essential
