About the Role
Are you are seeking a challenging and rewarding career where you can make a significant impact and play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects? You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and quality control. Ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Criteria
As the successful candidate for the role of Construction Manager, you will meet the following criteria:
• Lead and manage all phases of the construction process, including pre-construction planning, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.
• Oversee site safety protocols and compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively, monitoring costs and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to uphold standards of workmanship and mitigate risks.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
• Proven experience in construction management, idealy a project manager with strong consulting experience, in a leadership role within the EPCM industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and empowering teams to achieve project objectives.
