We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contracts Advisor to support a EPCM client in the construction packages of a major mining project currently in early execution. This role is essential to the smooth execution of various construction and service contracts, including earthworks, process plant modifications, site communications, power distribution works, site surveying, shop detailing, and camp management.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Contracts Advisor to support a EPCM client in the construction packages of a major mining project currently in early execution. This role is essential to the smooth execution of various construction and service contracts, including earthworks, process plant modifications, site communications, power distribution works, site surveying, shop detailing, and camp management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Contracts Manager with managing construction and service contracts.
- Collaborate with a team of 7 Contracts & Procurement Advisors/Specialists.
- Handle various contracts such as process plant modifications, site communications, power distribution, site surveying, shop detailing, and camp management.
- Aid in contract administration, tendering, evaluation, and awarding.
- Offer expertise in claims, variations, and tender pack development.
- Ensure effective management of all aspects of construction and service contracts.
Key Criteria:
- Experience in a EPCM environment is ideal
- 3 plus year experience in similar roles
- Major Mining Project experience
- Strong knowledge of claims, variations, and tender pack preparation.
- Proven experience in administering, tendering, evaluating, and awarding contracts.
