About the Role
Join a major engineering and project delivery client working within their mining project sustaining capital team. In this mid-level cost controller position you will assist the project team across all cost related duties including:

• Facilitate EV (Earned Value) measurement and updates.
• Manage the monthly Progress Claims process.
• Report comprehensively on Cost Control.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and engineering standards.
• Assist Planner with Project Schedule updates.
• Support Project Manager with Project Controls and Reporting.

Key Criteria

• 5+ years' experience in project engineering, management, and project controls, with team leadership experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Office
• Knowledge of budget allocation, WBS, SOW, and cost terminology
• Ability to summarise and communicate complex data clearly.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good team player who works well in a team
• Strong communicator
