Role Opportunity
We are seeking Cost Controller/Change Coordinator to join the owners team for the delivery of a major mineral sounds project. In this role you will report into the Project Controls Manager and work alongside the Cost Lead and be expected to take ownership and drive the change management process.

We are seeking Cost Controller/Change Coordinator to join the owners team for the delivery of a major mineral sounds project. In this role you will report into the Project Controls Manager and work alongside the Cost Lead and be expected to take ownership and drive the change management process.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive experience in change management and cost positions
- Prior Mining or O&G experience
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid the Cost Lead in managing packages within PRISM Cost system
- Take ownership and drive change management process
- Ensuring all change notices are correctly provided with documents to substantiate the change
- Supporting the Lead Cost Controller in collating, analysing and inputting change data and information into the required periodic forecasting exercise
- Attend change management meetings both organised and ad hoc.
