Job description

Job Overview:
This role involves designing and building training and coaching materials for Distributed Control Systems, ensuring they align with the project training strategy. The materials will be tailored to different roles and competency levels, utilizing various delivery formats such as online modules, on-the-job coaching, classroom training, and simulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop role-based, competency-assessable training aligned with learning pathways and impact assessments.
  • Create materials for delivery by on-site control systems professionals.
  • Collaborate with SMEs globally, working with flexible hours to match time zones.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in instructional design and competency assessment.
  • Experience with distributed control systems, particularly in designing online learning and coaching materials.
  • Preferred experience with Yokogawa Centum VP DCS.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

What's on offer:
  • $140 to $150 p/h incl. super.
  • 6-month initial rolling contract.
