Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years' senior experience in relevant roles
• Proven leadership ability to drive high performance
• Strong commercial acumen and project delivery expertise
• Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and effective communication
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead staff, ensuring clear communication of objectives
• Collaborate on business plans, budgets, and strategy
• Build strong client relationships and stakeholder management
• Manage projects, resources, utilisation, and gross margin
• Foster collaboration with Business Centres for cross sales
