Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
- RPEQ accreditation essential
- Experience in mining/minerals processing industries (mineral sands preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Australian/international regulations and standards
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a technical team
- Excellent client relationship-building skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical engineering team and provide technical expertise
- Develop and maintain systems to ensure project compliance
- Mentor and grow the technical capabilities of the team
- Deliver project requirements from concept designs to detailed design
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead the preparation of proposals and tenders
