Role Opportunity
Step into a leadership role at a global leader in mineral processing solutions, specialising in mineral sands. As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll oversee and mentor a high-performing team, deliver innovative designs from concept to detailed execution, and play a pivotal role in growing the business's electrical capabilities. You'll have the chance to work on diverse projects, including plant retrofits, modular designs, and cutting-edge processing technologies, while building strong client relationships.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
  • RPEQ accreditation essential
  • Experience in mining/minerals processing industries (mineral sands preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian/international regulations and standards
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead a technical team
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the electrical engineering team and provide technical expertise
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure project compliance
  • Mentor and grow the technical capabilities of the team
  • Deliver project requirements from concept designs to detailed design
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead the preparation of proposals and tenders
