As an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer/ Drafter, you will have the opportunity to work across various industries, including mining, industrial and oil & gas.
Responsibilities
- Design and documentation of electrical services
- Design and documentation of single line diagrams, general arrangement drawings, hazardous area drawings, motor schematics, termination drawings, loop drawings
- Prepare as-built drawings from red-line markups
- Maintain company design drafting procedures
- Document control, responsible for developing and maintaining deliverables registers for projects, transmittal management
More about you
- Previous experience in electrical/ instrumentation design drafting using AutoCAD
- Qualifications in Engineering, desirable
- Experience in oil & gas or minerals processing industries, desirable
- Understanding of electrical equipment in hazardous areas
