Opportunities available for an Electrical Designer to join this urban utilities design consultancy. As an Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for both design and drafting water infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Producing electrical and instrumentation designs, adhering to specifications and Australian Standards
- Producing LV and HV designs, MCCs, and Switchrooms
- Applying ownership of electrical design projects
- Document control, responsible for developing and maintaining deliverables
- Collaborating closely with team of designers and engineers
More about you
- Previous experience in electrical/ instrumentation design and drafting using AutoCAD
- Experience using AutoCAD Electrical, desirable
- Qualifications in electrical engineering, desirable
- Previous background in a utilities industry in a design capacity
- Strong understanding of Australian and industry codes and standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
