Electrical Supervisor (EIC)
Location: Mildura, VIC
Roster: 2:1 FIFO | 10.5-hour shifts | 9-Month Contract
Salary: $90-$100 per hour
Key Essential Qualification: Electrical Diploma or Similar
Role Opportunity
We are seeking an EIC Supervisor to oversee electrical and instrumentation construction activities at a mineral sands project. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will supervise contractors, monitor safety and compliance, and ensure high-quality execution of project works.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Trade qualification Electrician, Instrumentation Technician, or equivalent
• Electrical Supervisor's License (essential)
• Strong experience in mining, minerals processing, or heavy industry
• Expertise in PLC/SCADA systems, VSDs, motor controls, and high-voltage equipment
• Leadership and contractor management experience
• Mineral Sands project experience (highly regarded)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate contractor performance, quality, and schedules
• Monitor and enforce safety, compliance, and technical standards
• Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Provide technical leadership to electricians and E&I technicians
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve execution
