As Design Manager, you will lead a team of 30+ engineers and designers, coordinating their activities to ensure seamless project delivery. You'll play a crucial role in quality assurance and regulatory compliance for major industrial projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain high standards in deliverables.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years in engineering design team leadership
- Expertise in Autodesk, Aveva PDMS/E3D, Bentley and BIM systems
- Proven experience in team leadership and resource planning
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and design quality assurance
- Strong background in mining, oil & gas, water treatment or industrial engineering projects
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a multi-discipline design team
- Oversee quality assurance across all design deliverables
- Coordinate project resources, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering team growth
