Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a major NPI sustaining capital project for a Tier 1 mining company. In this role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team throughout all key project phases ,from PFS and DFS through to execution.

Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a major NPI sustaining capital project for a Tier 1 mining company. In this role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team throughout all key project phases ,from PFS and DFS through to execution.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Civil)
- Min 12+ years' experience leading multi- discipline engineering teams.
- Experience with mine site NPI, buildings, workshops, Bulk earthworks and civils, utilities.
- Experience working on Iron Ore major capital projects.
- Experience working EPCM projects PFS through to execution
- Proven success in owning engineering deliverables to meet tight project schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team management and client collaboration
