About the Role
• Feasibility Study Lead
• You will lead a team and interpret, organise, execute, and coordinate the engineering technical aspects for complex projects
• You will participate in project planning, proposal review, and will own the engineering elements of capital estimates
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the engineering activity on a medium sized project
• You will plan and direct engineering assignments on the project along with technical responsibilities for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating these assignments
• Ensure the facilities are designed in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner in accordance with policies and all applicable laws, regulations, authorisation basis, codes, standards and technical requirements
• Represent Engineering on the project and with the client to resolve technical questions, expedite procurements, coordinate construction interfaces
• Coordinate engineering effort with Project Manager, Procurement, Construction, Startup, Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) and Project Controls
• Prepare and direct the preparation of project studies, reports, forecasts, special engineering reports and plant data book
Key Criteria
• Bachelor's degree along with 14-17 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of close client secondment interaction, EPCM contract Management, and the Contractor and their subcontractor's responsibilities
• Knowledge of construction technologies & supervisory functions relating to field activities
• Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H). Demonstrable commitment to a Zero Accident safety program or similar
• Proven customer relationship skills are essential
