Join a leading provider of power conversion solutions as a Grid Connection Engineer. You will be the main point of contact with utilities, clients, and consultants, leading grid stability studies and ensuring seamless power plant integration.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics
• Strong experience in Power Electronics, BESS, and Solar Energy Storage Systems
• High proficiency in DIgSILENT, PSSE, and/or PSCAD
• Knowledge of Australian standards (AEMO GPS, NEM/WEM)
• Experience in programming (Python) for simulation automation
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical diagrams

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead grid stability studies using advanced mathematical models
• Develop and refine user models on DIgSILENT, PSSE, and PSCAD platforms
• Manage power plant integration with local utility control platforms
• Ensure system compliance through acceptance testing
• Collaborate with utilities to connect power plants
