Role Opportunity
The HR Business Partner will provide comprehensive HR support within the assigned region or sector, working closely with local and regional HR teams. This role involves assessing and addressing HR needs, offering expert guidance to management, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills,

  • self-motivation
  • ability to work independently.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional/Sectoral HR Manager in all HR-related matters.
  • Proactively communicating them within the HR department and business leadership.
  • Provide daily support, expert advice, and strategic HR recommendations
  • Foster collaboration across HR functions to ensure value-driven service to both management and employees.
  • Partner with hiring managers in recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Strengthen internal mobility by coordinating HR efforts across regions to facilitate seamless internal transfers, ensuring compliance with policies and approval from relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage payroll outsourcing with third-party providers,
  • Ensure HR processes are executed efficiently and cost-effectively, including data management, storage, and analysis.
  • Work with management to identify employee development needs and coordinate training programs in collaboration with Talent Management.
  • Enhance workplace culture by strengthening employee relations, improving morale, and supporting retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, consulting with legal advisors as necessary.
  • Promote clear and effective communication
  • Plan, design, and coordinate talent programs, including apprenticeships and trainee initiatives, in alignment with the overall talent management strategy.
