Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in cost control with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Prior Mining or O&G experience
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage small team of cost professionals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, guide, and develop.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilising Prism software for effective cost tracking and reporting
