Job Overview:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Electrical Designer eager to advance into a supervisory role or an experienced Lead Electrical Designer with a solid track record within the WA mining industry.
Responsibilities:
- Offer electrical design and drafting support for diverse projects.
- Create single line, schematic, and termination diagrams as needed.
- Manage project drawings, ensuring precise revision recording and document tracking.
- Collaborate with engineers to review and suggest design enhancements.
- Communicate with clients, authorities, and suppliers to ensure drawing precision.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project design experience, preferably in minerals processing.
- Proficiency in creating Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, and Termination Diagrams.
- Strong experience with AutoCAD (essential) and MicroStation (essential).
- Ability to share knowledge and help with mentoring the next generation of designers.
- Ability to interpret project specs and meet deadlines.
What's Offered?
- 12-month contract or permanent role.
- Office located in Western suburbs.
- Preference for 5 days in the office.
- $110 - $115 p/h incl. Super
