• Lead and manage multiple projects for the balance machine design across the entire project life-cycle in Australia
• Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's in electrical or Controls engineering - chartered status preferred
• Extensive experience in balance machines manufacture and maintenance
• Manage multiple design projects safely and according to schedule
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the multi-discipline design and manufacturing of balanced machines
• Ensure project compliance, engineering standards and fit for purpose design
• Conduct risk assessments to identify challenges and propose effective solutions
• Identify potential design flaws and lead design improvements
