- Well regarded boutique engineering consultant specialising in delivering multi discipline engineering solutions across the mining sector
- Lead Structural Engineer opportunity. This person will be versatile and duties will be all round from scoping work, talking to clients, performing site work, design reviews & producing calculations.
- Opportunity to build a small structural engineering team over the course.
- Work will be focused on brownfield mining projects
- Able to interface with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Able to perform site inspections and produce a range of project delivery tasks
- Perth CBD location
- Permanent staff role & key leadership role
Key Criteria
- Formal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia
- Strong mining & metals project experience
- Senior/Lead level experience required
- Demonstrated experience in a design focused or EPCM role;
- Experience with mining plant structures design - concrete and steel
- Strong stakeholder management skills & able to complete project delivery tasks
- Able to complete site inspections
- Previous experience leading small teams or have management aspirations
- Strong understanding of industry guidelines
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
