About the Role

Seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer for one of our biggest clients in the WA market.

As a Mobilisation Officer , some of your responsibilities will include:
• Generating reports through the system
• Supporting with Purchase orders, purchase requisitions, invoice submissions
• Support with maintaining registers for the team, Ad hoc support with power point presentations.


This role will allow you to be a part of Perth's largest projects within a very capable and innovative team.


Key Criteria

As a Mobilisation Officer , you will have the following skill set:

• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably client side with Mining/Resources projects)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Great time management skills.
• Good exposure and proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
