We are seeking an experienced NPI Supervisor to join an EPCM client on a major mining project. The role will play a critical role in ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise NPI construction activities, ensuring all work is conducted to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and construction regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project milestones.
- Develop recommendations for process improvements and conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors responsible for different components of the NPI scope.
- Oversee the construction of critical infrastructure including workshops, administration buildings, underground services, communications towers, and water supply systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status and performance.
Key Criteria:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a major mining project, particularly in the management of NPI works.
- Strong background in roadworks, civil construction, and underground services (power, water, comms, wastewater).
- Previous experience working in an EPCM environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
