Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering Mechanical.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressively responsible technical and management experience.
• Process, materials handling and mechanical equipment experience in wet and dry process plants
• Non-Process Infrastructure and renewable energies exposure
• Exceptional organisational, technical, leadership, written and oral communication skills.
• You will have proven experience successfully delivery complex projects with major and minor mining companies in a variety of commodities, working with high performing teams.
  

Duties & Responsibilities
Provides technical leadership to complex multi-disciplinary mining projects. guiding, supporting, mentoring engineers, designers, clients and stakeholders.
This role requires significant component of marketing and business development. Position interacts throughout Stantec's global organisation internally and externally with clients and members of business and professional organisations.
