Job description

About the Role
  • Our client is looking for a junior process engineer with 2-3 years of experience to support on a big iron ore project

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the compilation of process and metallurgical testwork data
  • Assist with process design and mass balancing
  • Assist with operating cost estimates (consumables pricing and tabulation)
  • Assist with the preparation of the study and EPCM documentation
  • Assist with commissioning activities
  • Participate in HAZOPs
  • Ensure agreed budgets and schedules are achieved

Key Criteria
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering with 2-3 years' experience in Process Engineering
  • Experience in process modelling along with understanding of the design process and Project Management process
  • Demonstrate an ability to undertake new technologies.
