Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8-10 years of purchasing experience (or 12-14 years without a degree)
- Expertise in engineered equipment procurement
- Strong contract negotiation & supplier management skills
- Excellent communication across project teams
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement process from bid solicitation to contract execution
- Develop and maintain bidder lists & supplier relationships
- Oversee compliance with technical & commercial purchasing requirements
- Negotiate and finalize purchase agreements with key suppliers
- Provide training & support to purchasing team members
