Project Engineer/Manager (EI&C)
  • CBD-based with ad-hoc site travel
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Full-time or part-time options available
  • Work on projects with 1st tier end users

Role Opportunity
Manage the scope, budget, and schedule of multiple projects across electrical, control systems, and communications disciplines. This client-facing role requires professionalism, leadership, and coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering and manufacturing outcomes while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Software, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in the resources sector, including project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, engineering practices, and risk management.
  • Leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.
  • Manage risk, safety, and compliance, including safety in design and HSEQ leadership.
  • Oversee resource allocation, subcontractor and supplier management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify and manage project variations, ensuring financial and contractual impacts are controlled.
  • Provide financial oversight, including budget tracking and profit and loss reporting.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management tools and processes.
