Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Electrical, Control Systems, Software, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in the resources sector, including project delivery.
- Strong understanding of project governance, engineering practices, and risk management.
- Leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.
- Manage risk, safety, and compliance, including safety in design and HSEQ leadership.
- Oversee resource allocation, subcontractor and supplier management, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and manage project variations, ensuring financial and contractual impacts are controlled.
- Provide financial oversight, including budget tracking and profit and loss reporting.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management tools and processes.
