- Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Project controls experience with a solid understanding of planning and performance reporting.
- Hands-on Power BI expertise, with strong data manipulation skills.
- Site-based project experience mining project experience preferred.
- Proactive approach with the ability to question and validate data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and enhance project performance dashboards using Power BI.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret planning, progress, and performance data.
- Provide insights to senior management, highlighting trends and potential risks.
- Challenge data integrity and proactively drive improvements in reporting accuracy.
- Support the implementation of earned value management (EVM) processes.
