- Senior Civil Engineer opportunity to work on a key UK resources project.
- Well regarded multi discipline engineering consultant
- Responsible for the technical delivery of all civil related elements relating to an iron ore project including access roads, construction pads, bulk and detail earthworks associated with a new primary crusher, coarse ore stockpile, screening, secondary crusher, stockyards as well as general mining support infrastructure development.
- Preparing calculations and checking design drawings and models to ensure they align with applicable standards and specifications.
- Coordinating interfaces with the client side and establishing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing study and design documentation, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Initial 12 month contract with strong chance of extension
- Perth CBD based location. Flexible working options available
- Competitive hourly rate offered
Key Criteria
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or relevant undergraduate degree.
- Work experience in civil engineering design in the urban environment and/or infrastructure sector.
- Experience with problematic brownfield site conditions preferred.
- Experience in Resource Sector will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in UK environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be highly driven with a focus on delivery and service
